1 15oz. can black or pinto beans
2 tbsp of tom Knows Salsa (your heat preference)
1 tsp sour cream or plain yogurt
- Strain beans reserving 2tbsp of liquid
- Heat burner to medium
- Add salsa, sour cream or yogurt, beans and reserved liquid to a medium frying pan and mix thoroughly.
- Bring to a simmer stirring and crushing beans with a potato masher until liquid has evaporated
